Neptune Street Project

Neptune Street is a character filled Californian bungalow located in Mornington. The home has a northerly aspect along the Neptune Street frontage. The design aesthetic pays tribute to the heritage of the property with a modern mid-century influence. Minimising the environmental footprint was a major focus in this design as layouts were manipulated to allow for natural sun light to be captured in winter and defused in the summer. All materials, finishes and fixtures are durable and sustainably sourced and manufactured. A thoughtful design for a prosperous future. Stay tuned for progress updates.
